Objectives:

• The exploitation of the natural microbiota of Argentinean grapes.
• To achieve a sustainable production of wines and to maintain wine quality

Tasks :

The following tasks of WP3 will be carried out:

• Task To identify and analyze natural microbiota of Argentinean vines and wines, and to implement innovative technologies for the analyses.
• Task 2. Selection of natural microbial strains to mainta1n the character of Argentinean wines.

Deliverables (expected) : 

• Scientific report. Subsequently, a PhD. thesis
